But her courage was so strong, she decided to fight,
For a life where justice would finally reign.
She carried the world on her shoulders,
And its destiny in her hands,
For she was African, like her elders,
And Africa forever stands.
The lion and the sun will tell you all,
The mother of mankind rose from this land,
They say she will rise again, strong and eternal,
And save her children and hold their hand...
